Manage 20 minutes only for yourself before going to bed. Bedtime beauty regime is extraordinary to wean off tiredness and keep your skin and hair healthy.

  • Clean your face with a face wash of your skin type even you are a stay indoors.

  • Do not take tea, coffee or alcohol 2-3 hours before the time of sleep.
  • A good homemade tranquilizer is a dash of turmeric and sugar in a glass of lukewarm milk. Try it.
