Manage 20 minutes only for yourself before going to bed. Bedtime beauty regime is extraordinary to wean off tiredness and keep your skin and hair healthy.
Clean your face with a face wash of your skin type even you are a stay indoors.
Try to avoid using soap.
Old make-up is injurious for skin. So, even if you are dead tired, clean the make up before retiring.
Use different cleanser for the eyes. Chose the cleanser according to your skin type.
Apply moisturizer over the face, neck, hands and elbow.
Use night cream during winter season.
Combing is essential.
If you shampoo your hair in the night, always dry it before going to sleep.
Take regular footbath. Clean your feet every night. You can try wearing socks before sleeping if you suffer from cracked heel. Apply a mixture of rose water and glycerin.
Do not take tea, coffee or alcohol 2-3 hours before the time of sleep.
A good homemade tranquilizer is a dash of turmeric and sugar in a glass of lukewarm milk. Try it.
